Genesis Direct Deposit to Debit Card

Set up your direct deposit once and use your money to shop, pay bills and send money. No more waiting for your check or making trips to the bank, with direct deposit your money goes straight to your Genesis Wallet balance. It’s as easy as filling out the Direct Deposit Agreement Form with the routing and account number, sign and then provide it to your employer or other 3rd party company. Once the form is buttonted and accepted those companies will be able to deposit funds directly to your Genesis Prepaid Debit Card.

Remote Check Deposit

Discover a better way to deposit those checks. This Remote Check Deposit feature via the mobile app is available year-round, 24/7 and it’s free to use and accepts a variety of check types. No matter your location it’s as easy as snapping a photo of the check, completing a few simple steps and funds are deposited to your mobile wallet. All mobile deposits are subject to a hold of up to 7 banking days from the date of the deposit, in many cases they’ll be available sooner.

Cardless ATM Transactions

Get the convenience of having your debit card with you whenever you have your phone on hand. Genesis allows you to load and withdraw funds to/from your mobile wallet account at thousands of participating ATMs without using a physical debit card. The cardless ATM withdrawals have lower ATM fees and offers the convenience of using your mobile device to complete the transaction. Cardless ATM transactions come complete with additional security features to ensure that your cash stays safe, even if your mobile device goes missing

TeleHealth Services

MyHealth allows you to sign up for an annual membership that includes virtual telehealth services to all members of your household, dependent children up to the age of 26, at significantly discounted rates. Request care visits, schedule appointments and manage your family visit history. Plans include urgent care, mental & talk therapy and primary care.
